If the client is sleeping or doesn’t want to eat at the time the meal is served, the meal will be placed in the microwave. We promote healthy eating however if the food is not to your liking, you are welcome to order takeout at your own expense. If there’s  more than 1 client in the home, please understand that staff cannot accommodate requests for lunch and dinner. Please remind staff members of any meal preferences prior to meal preparation.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation to 2 post-op appointments and 1 massage appointment per day is included in the transportation packages. If you choose to have more than 1 massage per day or see your doctor more than twice within a 7 day period, you’re responsible for your own transportation. It’s at the driver’s discretion based on scheduling and availabilityto transport you to additional appointments. An additional transportation fee will be assessed for each additional transportation.

The driver will accompany you to the receptionist area of either your doctor’s appointment or other post-surgical appointment. He/She will not go into the rooms with you. There’s a 15-minute grace period for how long the driver will wait. If the driver is unable to wait around, you will have to arrange your own ride back to the recovery home.

The managers of Nesta’s will decide which car to use for each transportation based on availability. Each vehicle will be ‘assembled’ to make each client as comfortable as possible. For the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) clients, the standard is to sit on your BBL pillow in the vehicle. If the vehicle is ‘assembled’ to accommodate a client who prefers to lay down in the backseat as opposed to sitting, you agree to hold the driver and Nesta’s DollHouse Recovery Home, LLC harmless from all liabilities. Nesta’s and or the driver are not responsible for any damages that may occur. Transportation begins at 7:30 am and ends at 6 pm.
